Today I have dranken 4 bottles 750ml waterbottles. Is that too much? Not enough? I’m trying to lose weight.

The say at least 3L when working out so you should be fine if you keep that amount.

I love to cook but all my recipes are hard to make. So what are some easy cooking recipes that also taste good.

Cottage Pie. Café Style
500 grams Beef mince.
1 Medium onion, chopped.
1 Carrot, halved and sliced.
2 Stalks Celery, sliced.
2T Tomato Paste.
400 gram can Chopped Tomato and juice.
1 Chorizo, sliced.
1/4C Red wine.
1T Thyme, chopped (1t dried thyme)
500 grams Mashed Potatoes.
Brown the mince and remove from pan.
Cook the onion, carrot and celery gently until tender and stir in tomato paste and cook for 1 minute. Add canned tomatoes, return mince, cover and simmer for 15 minutes.
Add chorizo, wine and thyme, stir and serve into ramekins.
Top with mashed potatoes and bake at 200C in a preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until golden.
Serve with green vegetables.
