I’m trying really hard to eat healthy and exercise, with a hopeful result of weight loss… I gathered a few recipes, one was for a smoothie that I ate today….

Greek yogurt, skim milk, banana, strawberry, ice.

It’s a great smoothie…only the recipe made WAY too much.

I was thinking it would be really convenient to save this in the freezer. I was thinking if I put it in an ice cube tray I could pop out a few, put them in the blender with some milk and get a few more convenient smoothies out of it.

I don’t usually freeze foods (unless they come frozen). Is it okay to freeze a smoothie?

The quicker to make the better. I rarely like to eat anything sweet, including fruits. I just don’t have a sweet tooth. I’m having the most trouble finding variety for breakfast time. The main meat sources I use are Fish(any kind), chicken and turkey. I love all veggies. I will eat healthy for months and then, when it seems I’m tired of eating the same things over and over, I fall off the wagon. Please share any and all HEALTHY ideas and recipes. The more the better.

Try tasting the world foods, try foods from countries you’re not familiar with, maybe Chicken Souvlaki from Greece one day, Pho from Vietnam, Chicken katsu from Japan, Chicken stew from Iran or Kalbi from Korea the day after or a week after, many countries have foods that are healthy and great, expand your tastebud, find good foods from different countries that you want to recreate and have fun doing it!

Eat healthy.
There is no way around that.

Eat healthy, do exercise in the mornings before school. It will boost your metabolism. Dancing, stretching, aerobics, sit ups, bike riding, all those things are great for your metabolism.

If you don’t know what metabolism is, basically, the faster your metabolism, the faster your burn the calories in your food.

Eat a large, healthy breakfast. A small lunch, small healthy snacks, and a small dinner.
